Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables for full lifecycle Salesforce initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budget using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment.
• Drive UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live support while ensuring adherence to governance standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management with at least 3+ years in Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience managing large-scale CRM implementations.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data migration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, PMP, or Scrum Master).
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD).
• Domain experience in Finance, Healthcare, Energy, or Retail.
