Description

You will lead the execution of Salesforce program capabilities and cross-functional initiatives within Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own program governance, reporting, and cross-portfolio impact assessments.
• Manage alignment and communication tools to support operational clarity and collaboration.
• Track project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan business deployment activities and oversee tasks leading up to successful go-live.
• Drive continuous process improvement and root-cause analysis through analytical insights.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years managing complex, highly integrated technical projects.
• Experience writing user stories and test scripts.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative release management.
• Strong analytical skills for driving process improvements.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI/PMP certification.
• Agile certification.
