Description

Lead enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects by aligning Salesforce functionality with business processes. Manage the application lifecycle from scoping to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute platform enhancements to drive ROI.
• Manage standardized development lifecycles including requirements, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in technical discussions for CRM, PRM, Marketing, and Analytics capabilities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by writing scripts and securing sign-offs.
• Document use cases, process flows, and requirements throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Business Analyst and Administrator roles for enterprise-scale CRM/PRM.
• Hands-on configuration: user management, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Deep knowledge of sharing rules, territories, custom objects, and page layouts.
• Proficiency with formula fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
• Experience with Lightning pages, managed packages, and email templates.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery models.
• Experience managing project timelines, scoping, and change management.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Process Builder and advanced reporting tools.
