Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. You will manage the full application lifecycle from preparation through support.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and meetings to define business requirements, prepare business cases, and maintain documentation.
• Design comprehensive solution approaches, including integrations with boundary systems, to meet business needs.
• Manage project resources and provide regular status updates to management regarding progress against plans.
• Monitor project progress continuously and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with IT Governance models and change control processes.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Salesforce Administration, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related computer field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
