Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full application lifecycle from preparation through support.
• Lead workshops and meetings to define business requirements and prepare business cases.
• Design solution approaches, including integrations with boundary systems.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with IT Governance models and change control processes.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Salesforce Administration, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 2-3 years of managerial experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
