Ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing, defect identification, and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project specifications.
• Design and execute detailed manual and automated test cases to assess software functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear technical information to developers for resolution.
• Validate that Salesforce configurations and customizations meet documented business requirements.
• Collaborate with administrators, developers, and stakeholders to implement and optimize solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing roles.
• 2+ years of experience using Salesforce to produce technical documentation and analysis.
• Proven experience with Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working within DevSecOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Science, or related experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
