Description

Perform manual and functional testing for Salesforce applications and web-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test cases for integration, data conversion, and system testing.
• Execute manual test cases and manage application defects within HP ALM.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to interpret business processes and requirements.
• Formulate test scenarios and upgrade manual test scripts.
• Set up test data using SQL and PL/SQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing web-based applications, including UI, database, batch, and web services.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency with HP ALM for test case execution and defect management.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for test data setup.
• Experience testing data conversions, web services, and batch processes.
• Working knowledge of browser testing tools and SharePoint.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience testing in complex software environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Test Automation tools including Selenium and LoadRunner.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools such as JAWS, Wave, or CCA.
