Description

Own end-to-end quality assurance for Salesforce applications, from requirement analysis to defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test plans, cases, and data.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce configurations, flows, triggers, and custom objects.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Log defects, track resolutions, and provide regular status updates to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and validate backend data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of QA testing experience with strong Salesforce domain knowledge (UI, functional, and backend).
• Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca for test automation.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, STLC, and SDLC processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for collaborating with development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certification.
• Proficiency in SOQL queries for backend validation.
• Experience with API testing or other automation tools like Selenium or UFT.
