Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Validate Salesforce Lightning components, workflows, and Service Cloud features
• Execute API testing and backend validation
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Support Salesforce releases, UAT, and deployment validation
• Track defects and provide quality metrics using JIRA/Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with business, development, and product teams
