Salesforce QA Automation Tester

Own QA testing efforts for the Brokerage team, covering in-sprint, system integration, and end-to-end regression testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute automated test scripts and report status to management.
• Create and maintain manual and automated tests for Salesforce applications.
• Support business partners during UAT and post-production validation.
• Analyze test results and communicate solutions to developers.
• Mentor offshore team members and support critical defect triage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a functional tester with defect and change management.
• 5+ years testing Salesforce applications, Financial Services Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce Testing and Mobile Testing.
• Proficiency in SQL query.
• Hands-on experience with UFT or Selenium for test automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification.
