Description

You will own the quality assurance and testing lifecycle for Salesforce applications, ensuring reliability across Sales and Service Cloud modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts to validate application logic and data integrity.
• Design, execute, and manage test cases, test plans, and test reports in JIRA.
• Conduct API and integration testing to verify system connectivity and data flow.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release testing efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, specifically with Salesforce applications.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in both manual testing and automation testing methodologies.
• Experience with API testing and validating integration points.
• Strong ability to design test cases and manage testing workflows in JIRA.
• Practical understanding of Agile testing practices and SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce-specific automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or Mavens Mate).
• Background in backend or database testing relevant to Salesforce data models.
