Description

You own the quality assurance for Salesforce solutions, ensuring reliability and performance of critical business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test strategies for Salesforce implementations in agile environments.
• Validate functional requirements and improve user experiences through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
• Conduct performance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Salesforce Testing.
• Proficiency in test planning, test execution, and functional testing.
• Experience with Agile testing methodologies and user acceptance testing.
• Strong background in performance testing for cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce specific testing tools or automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with critical business process validation.
