Description

You will lead automated testing efforts for Salesforce environments using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). You own the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end test scripts for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects. You integrate these tests into CI/CD pipelines via Copado, executing regression, smoke, and functional suites. You analyze results to identify defects and collaborate with developers to resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for Salesforce Lightning components.
• Execute and manage regression, smoke, and functional testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams on resolutions.
• Manage test case design, test data, and version control for Salesforce deployments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA, with strong focus on Salesforce automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) architecture.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and Copado deployment processes.
• Proficiency in UI testing and validation of Salesforce Lightning components.
• Strong background in test framework design and test data management.
• Experience with version control systems and Salesforce deployment workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom objects and flows in Salesforce.
