Description

You will ensure the quality of the Salesforce platform by designing and executing end-to-end test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, scenarios, and scripts for new features and bug fixes.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into manual test scenarios.
• Collaborate with AQA Engineers to convert end-to-end scenarios into automated tests.
• Participate in scrum activities and act as the voice of quality within the team.
• Work with product, support, and release management teams to ensure successful project deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing, including relevant Salesforce experience.
• Proficiency in the Agile SDLC and using JIRA.
• Experience creating and maintaining manual test suites and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools and defect reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reproduce technical issues and defects.
• Experience testing web service APIs using Postman.
• Knowledge of STLC and Systems Development.
• Experience with Java and Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience or Salesforce certification.
• Experience with SQL, query writing, Apex, or Java.
