Description

You will manage end-to-end testing for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and document test strategies based on user stories.
• Write, execute, and report on functional test cases.
• Identify, track, and document defects using Jira.
• Perform smoke, functionality, and API/integration testing.
• Collaborate with developers and international team leads to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Workflow and Live Chat modules.
• Strong experience in Test Planning and Test Execution.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
• Practical knowledge of API and integration testing.
• Ability to work evening hours for overlap with international teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Basic understanding of test automation.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
