Description

You will analyze business requirements and execute comprehensive testing for Salesforce implementations and custom applications, including Conga Contract Lifecycle Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and execute test scenarios and scripts for functional, regression, UAT, and system testing across Salesforce clouds.
• Perform API and integration testing for Conga business processes and third-party integrations.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for regression and critical workflows.
• Validate Salesforce platform components including LWC, Flows, Process Builder, and security models (OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles).
• Manage defect tracking and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using JIRA.

Required Skills

• 6 years of experience in QA for Salesforce implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Workbench (SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP Explorer).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, reports, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management and integration testing.
• Experience with Python for test automation.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP API testing.
• Knowledge of version control procedures and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce capabilities.
