Description

Lead quality assurance for medium and large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing across multiple systems and batch processes.
• Develop test strategies and manage software testing and defect management, including leading defect calls.
• Determine testing scope using a risk-based approach and verify defect fixes without causing regressions.
• Collaborate with test teams to share knowledge and influence quality results.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience testing all phases of QA for enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
• Hands-on manual testing experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Proven track record of managing IT Quality Assurance for small to large projects.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Experience executing end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems.

Preferred Skills

• Two or more Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with screen validation testing.
