Description

You will own quality assurance for Salesforce implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual QA by developing test plans, writing test cases, and performing UAT and regression testing.
• Test integrations, data flows, and core business processes within the Salesforce environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members regarding product quality.
• Apply testing knowledge within consulting delivery models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Expertise in Manual QA, including test plan and test case creation, and regression testing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, specifically Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with testing integrations and business processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Working knowledge of Java and Javascript.
• Experience using testing tools like Provar or Selenium is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Skills

• Prior enterprise Salesforce implementation experience.
