Description

You will ensure the quality of Salesforce applications by developing test strategies and executing test cycles.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects; support root cause analysis.
• Collaborate on automated test scripts for regression and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce QA experience, specifically with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Knowledge of Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with test automation using GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, and ANT.
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Strong skills in test planning, execution, and documentation.
• Exposure to Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
