Description

You will own end-to-end quality for Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, executing comprehensive testing strategies across functional, integration, regression, security, and UI layers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies for Experience Cloud sites, covering LWC, Aura, Flows, and Apex customizations.
• Validate user journeys, including SSO/SAML, guest user flows, and role-based access controls.
• Test REST/SOAP integrations, validating payloads using Postman, and perform SOQL-based data checks.
• Support deployments across environments using tools like Copado or Gearset, and sign off on quality metrics.
• Log, triage, and track defects to closure within Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of total QA experience, with 5+ years specifically in Salesforce Testing.
• Demonstrable expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud setup, templates, and guest user security.
• Hands-on testing experience with LWC, Aura, Flows, and Approval Processes.
• Proficiency in writing clear test cases and designing test data based on acceptance criteria.
• Experience with API testing using Postman for REST/SOAP services, handling JSON/XML validation.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
