Description

You own the quality assurance lifecycle for Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
• Analyze business requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, reporting defects to development teams.
• Conduct regression and system testing, providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Manage and track test cases in Jira and Zephyr while participating in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering.
• Expertise in Salesforce Testing.
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Functional Testing and Integration Testing.
• Proven ability in Test Automation.
• Proficiency using Jira and Zephyr for test management.
• Knowledge of End-to-End Testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AccelQ, Selenium, or Playwright for test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps practices.
