Description

You will ensure the quality of Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations through rigorous testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
• Create and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate system configurations and track defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with development teams within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud Modules.
• Familiarity with QA basics, including SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with manual testing and test documentation.
• Proficiency using Jira for defect tracking.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to test automation.
• Basic SOQL knowledge.
• Salesforce certification.
