Description

Lead testing efforts for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments, ensuring quality through smoke, functional, and API/integration testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute smoke, functional, and API/integration testing across Salesforce clouds.
• Write, execute, and report on test cases derived from user stories.
• Document all test planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Track defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers and team leads through overseas communication channels.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant QA role.
• Mandatory experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in API and integration testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce sub-modules, workflows, and live chat.
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking.
• Ability to work evening hours as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation testing and script writing.
