Description

You will own the quality assurance process for Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Maintain traceability throughout the entire testing lifecycle.
• Refine test cases as requirements and execution progress.
• Perform and assist in Root Cause Analysis to resolve defects.
• Own test execution and reporting across in-sprint, SIT, and UAT phases, leading triage meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and QA Testing.
• Experience with Test Case Generation and Traceability.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Admin activities (Role, Profile, Permission Sets).
• Testing experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including case management and lead nurturing.
• Validation experience testing integrations with external systems (Slack, SMS, WhatsApp).
