Description

You will own the quality assurance process for Salesforce applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Maintain traceability throughout the entire testing lifecycle and refine test cases as requirements evolve.
• Own test execution and reporting across in-sprint, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Lead triage meetings and assist in Root Cause Analysis to resolve defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and QA Testing methodologies.
• Experience with Test Case Generation and Traceability tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Admin activities, including Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Testing experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, specifically case management and lead nurturing.
• Validation experience testing integrations with external systems such as Slack, SMS, and WhatsApp.
