Description

You will ensure the quality and functionality of the Salesforce platform through thorough testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Lightning components, and APIs.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Maintain and enhance the automated test suites and support release management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total QA experience, with 4+ years focused on Salesforce QA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
• Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL for data validation.
• Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Knowledge of Apex Classes, Lightning Components, and APIs.
