Description

Ensure the quality and functionality of the Salesforce platform by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Lightning components, and APIs.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Support release management and deployment processes with thorough testing coverage.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total QA experience, with 4+ years focused on Salesforce QA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and components (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).
• Hands-on experience in automation frameworks like Selenium.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Soap UI.
• Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL for data validation in Salesforce.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proficiency in manual testing of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
