Description

You will own the quality assurance and automation strategy for Salesforce-based applications within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute QA test plans, scripts, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
• Partner with DevOps engineers to automate testing throughout the CI/CD pipeline using Git, GitLab, and Docker.
• Design and implement custom Salesforce test applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Document and track defects while participating in triage meetings to ensure zero defects leak into production.
• Perform usability testing and review user interfaces for conformity and functionality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Tester, Administrator, or Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies including Git, GitLab, and Docker.
• Experience with regression testing for web-based and client-server enterprise applications.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification.
• Experience working in State government.
