Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Salesforce applications, ensuring end-to-end test coverage and seamless release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks based on OOPS principles using Selenium.
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts derived from business requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests, log defects, and collaborate with development on resolution.
• Manage regression testing across Salesforce releases to ensure end-to-end coverage.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA experience covering both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Testing, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on proficiency with Selenium and building automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, and the defect life cycle.
• Proficiency using bug tracking tools like Jira and test management tools like QA Complete.
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines for test execution.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
