Description

You will own quality assurance for Salesforce applications through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks aligned with OOPS principles.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Execute tests, identify and log defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Support regression testing and contribute to test metrics across multiple Salesforce releases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in QA involving both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Strong experience testing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Hands-on proficiency with Selenium and building automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of STLC and SDLC processes.
• Proficiency using bug tracking tools, specifically Jira.
• Experience with test case management and QA reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
