Description

Own the quality assurance strategy for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, Java, or Python.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing while tracking defects in JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Support release cycles, production validations, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills

• 4–8+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Java, and Python.
• Proficiency in testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, APIs, and data validation techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA and HP ALM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-related).
• Experience with Provar, Copado, or other Salesforce-specific automation tools.
