Description

You will own quality assurance for Salesforce applications and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Create and manage automation flows, reusable test components, and test data sets.
• Perform live UI testing, record user interactions, debug flows, and optimize automation performance.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable release cycles.
• Analyze failed tests, troubleshoot issues, improve test reliability, and document results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Automation QA.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and features (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Proficiency in UI automation concepts: selectors, waits, dynamic elements, and debugging.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in sprints.
• Familiarity with Product Owners and QA Analysts workflows.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation tools like Robot Framework.
• Experience with CI/CD technologies and Git/GitHub Actions.
• Salesforce Administrator or Copado CRT certifications.
