Description

Own the end-to-end quality assurance process for Salesforce implementations in the telecom domain.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, plans, and test cases aligned with stakeholder requirements and system specifications.
• Execute manual and automated functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, UAT, and smoke testing.
• Investigate quality issues to identify root causes and collaborate with developers on solutions.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure environment stability, bug fix check-ins, and validated releases.
• Produce testing progress reports, including analysis logs and key metrics for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Extensive experience with B2B implementations and the telecom domain, including network products.
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies and the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for defect tracking and management.
• Proven ability to write functional test scripts and document test results.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation platforms using Selenium and Python.
• Salesforce configuration experience.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
