Description

Own the quality assurance process for Salesforce platform implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, MuleSoft, and Tableau.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans and test cases based on business requirements and design specifications.
• Execute test cases, record results, and consult with project teams to resolve issues before logging defects.
• Report test status and metrics daily using Jira or TFS.
• Identify functionality deviations from the Statement of Work and communicate them to project leadership.
• Follow standard operating procedures for DevOps, time reporting, and incident management.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role.
• 1+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications.
• At least one Salesforce Certification.
• Experience with Force.com Testing.
• Proficiency with Jira or TFS.
• Knowledge of Marketing, Vlocity, MuleSoft, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Java, and Automation.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working within an Agile software development methodology.
