Description

Own end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations. You will ensure product quality through rigorous manual and automated testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and UAT cycles.
• Validate Salesforce configurations including Workflows, Process Builder/Flow, Validation rules, Apex triggers, and Lightning components.
• Conduct manual and automated testing for functional, regression, integration, and UAT cycles.
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Validate data integrity, API integrations, and support release cycles including deployment validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience with 2–3 years in Salesforce testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, profiles, roles, and security.
• Experience testing Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Aura components.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or JUnit for automation.
• Ability to test REST/SOAP APIs using Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Provar, Copado QA, or AccelQ.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder).
