Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance processes for Salesforce applications and delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Verify data integrity and accuracy during migration processes from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Test Experience Cloud solutions to validate user interfaces, navigation, security, and user experience.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects while working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in the design and enhancement of test automation frameworks and scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Salesforce QA Tester.
• Proven experience testing Salesforce platform applications.
• Experience preparing and executing regression suites.
• Proficiency in testing Experience Cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile practices.
• Salesforce Admin certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Associate, Administrator, or Platform App Builder certifications.
