Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for Salesforce applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce using approved tools and frameworks.
• Develop and execute test plans targeting Salesforce-specific features like Flows, Triggers, and Apex Jobs.
• Partner with developers and product owners to deeply understand business processes and testing requirements.
• Communicate testing progress, blockers, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce established quality metrics within Agile development cycles.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or related Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control and code review.
• Experience with quality metrics like escaped defects, reliability, and repeatability.
• Knowledge of Salesforce query languages (SOQL, SOSL) and API technologies (SOAP, REST).
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps Center.
• Familiarity with Aura and Lightning Web Components.

Preferred Skills

• Strong foundation in Apex and Salesforce automation (Flows, Triggers, Apex Jobs).
• Experience in the financial or investment sector.
• Experience with Copado Robotic Testing platform.
