Description

You will own the end-to-end testing processes for Salesforce applications within the telecommunications domain. You will manage the telecom order lifecycle, covering provisioning, service activation, and order orchestration (Modify, Add, Change, Disconnect).

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.
• Build test cases and test plans based on requirement analysis.
• Record, triage, and track defects within tracking systems.
• Lead small offshore teams and troubleshoot technical obstacles to ensure smooth test execution.
• Coordinate with developers, BSAs, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud and product customization.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM and JIRA for defect and test management.
• Proficiency using SOAP UI and Postman to execute and test WSDL services.
• Ability to read and interpret XML requests and responses.
• Background in Telecommunications, specifically working with Data/Voice products and Order Management.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage offshore teams.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business and offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to test automation using Selenium and the TestNG framework.
• Experience running automated tests and troubleshooting failure logs.
