Description

Own the end-to-end quality assurance process for Salesforce-based platforms and integrated legal modules. Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation strategies to ensure software meets business requirements. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce manual testing overhead. Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for new releases and system enhancements. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to resolve issues and coordinate release activities. Participate in user story creation and requirement dissection during Agile/Scrum team reviews.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles with a focus on automation testing.
• 3+ years of experience testing Salesforce, specifically with Litify or Team Connect platforms.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce.com architecture and concepts.
• Experience with legal modules including Matter Management, Invoice Management, Cost Centers, and Budget Management.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Maven, and Gradle.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and JMeter for load testing.
• Experience designing and managing JIRA workflows, dashboards, and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payments technology and integrating with processors like First Data, WorldPay, or TSYS.
• Knowledge of EMV and MSR specifications for hardware terminal integration.
