Description

Own the end-to-end quality assurance process for Salesforce-based platforms and integrated legal modules, ensuring software meets business requirements through rigorous testing and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation strategies for Salesforce platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Spring Boot to reduce manual testing overhead.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for new releases and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve issues and coordinate release activities.
• Participate in user story creation and requirement dissection during Agile/Scrum reviews.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles with a focus on automation testing.
• 3+ years of experience testing Salesforce, specifically with Litify or Team Connect platforms.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce.com architecture and concepts, including legal modules (Matter, Invoice, Cost, Budget Management).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Maven, and Gradle.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and JMeter for load testing.
• Experience designing and managing JIRA workflows, dashboards, and processes.
