Description

You will manage quality assurance for Salesforce CRM environments, ensuring software delivery meets business requirements through rigorous testing and configuration oversight.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into detailed test plans, test cases, and automated configurations.
• Execute test scripts, track defects, and expand functional regression suites to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead system implementation projects from requirements through to issue resolution.
• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of the Salesforce CRM environment.
• Analyze Salesforce release upgrades to understand technical implications and system impacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a QA role.
• 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot and update automation scripts.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce test lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM capabilities and constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
