Description

Define and execute QA strategy for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and scenarios for Salesforce implementations.
• Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Implement test automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, log, and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 4-6+ years of experience in QA and minimum 5+ years in Salesforce application.
• Experience with Service Cloud and custom objects.
• Proficiency in functional, regression, and integration testing (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and Playwright.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, and Zephyr.
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Ability to write SOQL/SOSL queries to validate data.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
