Description

You will lead end-to-end functional testing for Salesforce applications and mentor the QA team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, construct, and execute test scripts based on high-level design and business requirements.
• Perform regression and smoke testing of Salesforce modules to ensure design quality.
• Lead and mentor team members through peer reviews and task guidance.
• Manage status reporting for tasks completed against agreed schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate testing efforts with multiple onshore and offshore stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience in software testing with at least 6 years specifically in Salesforce testing.
• 5+ years of experience in software automation testing using Selenium and Java.
• Proven ability to create and maintain automation frameworks via API and GUI-based approaches.
• Experience testing Salesforce Lightning, configuration, customization, and integrations (Sales and Service Cloud).
• Proficiency in Selenium, Java, API testing, and GUI testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Force.com, Apex code, Triggers, and Salesforce Automation.
• Knowledge of SDET principles and engineer-in-test methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with QuerySurge, Practicest, Orchestrator, or JIRA.
