Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions for web-based applications and Salesforce integrations.

You will own the end-to-end automation testing process, including UI and API testing for Salesforce-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks and test scripts for web applications and Salesforce integrations.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing for Salesforce platforms.
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to include automated tests in build and release processes.
• Provide technical direction and training to team members on automation frameworks and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including designing and developing test automation frameworks.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with WebDriver IO.
• 1+ years of experience in API Automation using Rest Assured, Postman, or ReadyAPI.
• 1+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for defect management, test management, and repository usage.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds and web component automation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and TDD or ATDD.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, LWC, flows, triggers, and security best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
