Lead and manage the software testing team within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver high-quality software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the software testing team.
• Create detailed, well-structured test cases, test scripts, scenarios, and test data.
• Utilize SQL for database testing and data validation.
• Create and maintain reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in automation test solutions like Katalon or Selenium.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regression testing.
