Lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce environments, owning test planning, performance testing, and end-to-end testing cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test planning strategies for SFDC platforms.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end testing cycles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage quality standards across the entire testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• Deep expertise in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Proven experience in Test Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Testing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
