Description

Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple concurrent Salesforce projects, ensuring seamless delivery and defect prevention.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and distributed teams.
• Manage onshore-offshore coordination to align delivery schedules and standards.
• Develop strategies for defect prevention and ensure quality deliverables.
• Create and track project metrics to monitor completion phases and defect reports.
• Drive efficiency within the QA lifecycle through process improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Direct experience with Salesforce environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore team structures.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to develop and track project metrics and defect reports.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
