Lead testing efforts for Salesforce and Force.com applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases using Selenium or UFT to validate Salesforce automation workflows.
• Conduct analysis and strategy development through function maps, applying equal partitioning and boundary analysis techniques.
• Manage data movement from Sandbox to production environments and validate code integrity throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to resolve bugs, integrate APIs with existing data, and prepare for customer support scenarios.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including user story mapping, sprint planning, estimation, and feature walk-throughs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on Salesforce and Force.com applications.
• Proficiency with Selenium or UFT testing platforms for automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing strategies and execution.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks for defect identification and regression testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce API integrations and handling complex data flows.
• Ability to work effectively with Visualforce pages and manage Sandbox environments.

• Degree in any graduate field.
