Description

You will own quality assurance processes for Salesforce applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategies and estimate QA work while collaborating with the QA lead or Manager.
• Conduct component, ST, SIT, UAT, Smoke, and E2E testing.
• Create comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect logs.
• Lead daily defect status triage meetings to ensure prompt resolution.
• Oversee QA analyst work and support production environment verification and sanity testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software QA Analyst.
• Strong experience in Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on API testing using Soap UI or Postman, including application integration.
• Solid SQL knowledge and working experience with complex queries and multiple datasets.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid development cycles.
• Proficiency with testing tools like Jira, Confluence, and HP-ALM.
• Experience developing automated tests using Selenium or other open-source tools.
• Knowledge of relational and dimensional databases for data pipeline quality.
