Description

You will test, analyze, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the quality of Salesforce business applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual QA testing for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to gather requirements.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups and sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong background in manual testing of enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automated testing tools such as Selenium or Provar.
• Prior experience in Salesforce QA/BA hybrid roles.
